Terms of Service

By creating an account or using qducks.com and its related services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You need to give an accurate date of birth when you sign up. If you are under 13, your account stays limited until a verified parent or guardian claims it through family.qducks.com. Parents and guardians are responsible for the accounts they claim and supervise.

One person, one account. Don’t create an account for someone else without the authority to do so, and don’t share your login.

Keep your password and any two-factor codes to yourself — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away at support@qducks.com if you think someone else has access.

You can close your account at any time from your settings.

Please don’t:

• Break the law, or use the service to harm, harass, or endanger anyone — especially children.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas you have no right to.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Automate, script, or exploit bugs to farm gems, quests, or rewards.
• Upload malware, or content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate other people, our staff, or Quacking Ducks itself.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules — and, where there is a risk to a child, we will act immediately.

Gems are a virtual in-app item with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside Quacking Ducks, and you do not own them as property — they are a limited licence to use a feature of the service.

We may adjust balances, expire vouchers, or revoke rewards obtained through bugs, automation, or abuse. We may also change or retire rewards, quests, and cosmetics as the service develops.

You keep ownership of what you write — reviews, profile text, messages, reports, and roadmap ideas. By posting it, you give us permission to host and display it as part of running the service.

Only post what you have the right to post. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Parental controls, screen-time limits, app approvals, and family chat are tools to help families, not guarantees. They depend on correct setup and on the apps involved. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children’s use of the internet.

Quacking Ducks lists and links to applications and services we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their content or behaviour.

We’re a small pond and we improve things constantly, so features may change, pause, or disappear. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and we’ll flag significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

You may stop using Quacking Ducks whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, poses a security or safety risk, or where we’re required to by law. If we do that to you and you think it’s a mistake, email us — we’ll take a look.

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost virtual items.

Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law — including consumer rights in your country.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quacking Ducks is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where local consumer law gives you stronger protection, that protection still applies to you.
